Jacob Frausto

I’m a second-year master’s student studying Computer Science at Stanford University, having graduated from Brown University with a Sc.B. in Computer Science. My passion lies in developing safe & resilient machine learning systems that comprehend and interact with the world around us. My interests have evolved to focus on generative modeling, neural rendering, egocentric vision, and safety validation for autonomous systems. I’ve been fortunate enough to previously intern at Samsara and Amazon (AWS), where I gained valuable industry experience. When I’m not immersed in research or tinkering with new projects, you can find me cooking up a new recipe, playing my guitar, gardening, or engrossed in a good book. I invite you to explore this website to learn more about my work!
